It’s best to wear a well-fitting non-padded bra, or no bra at all for the most accurate measurement.

Band measurement

Wrap the measuring tape around your ribcage directly under your bust. It should be tight but not uncomfortable. Breathe out normally and read the measurement.

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it tight but comfortable and level across your back.
