If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order in the e-shop, we will accept returns or exchanges that are new, unused, and with the original ROSME price tags. Returned or exchanged goods must not be washed, dirty, or show signs of wear. However, if for any reason you wish to return the goods, you may do so within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Free ways of returning goods:
1. If the order was received by Omniva:
- A return code will be sent to you together with a text message about the order delivered;
- You can use the return code in your parcel by selecting the "Return parcel" option.
2. If the order was received by Unisend:- A return code will be sent to you together with a text message about the order delivered;
- You can use the return code at any Unisend parcel machine, Udrop and Latvijas Pasts parcel machines by selecting the “Return” option.
3. If the order was received via SmartPosti:
- To receive the return label, please contact our customer service by writing to [email protected].
- Provide your order number and information that you wish to return the item(s).
- We will send you the return label as an email attachment (you need to print it and stick it on the parcel).
After receiving the label, follow these steps:
- Go to https://my.smartposti.lv/ and select the “Return” section.

- Enter the return number (ID/code) indicated on the printed label (for example, 000000123456789876 – enter without spaces, brackets or other symbols).

- Select the locker size and the desired SmartPosti parcel locker location.

- You will receive the door number and code to insert the parcel into the selected locker.
- Insert the item (with the return label attached and the return form included) into the designated locker compartment.
IMPORTANT: Returns via SmartPosti are only possible with a return label issued by us. Without it, the system will not recognize the parcel.
4. If the order was received by DPD:
- A return code to be used in the Baltic countries will be sent to you with a text message about the delivered order;
- You can use the return code in the DPD parcel;

IMPORTANT: Returned goods must be accompanied by a withdrawal form!
Return terms and conditions:
- Goods must be returned in their original condition without damage, signs of wear, or washing;
- The goods must be accompanied by their original labels;
- The goods must be returned together with a withdrawal form that was sent with the order or can be printed here.
Refund if the payment was made when completing the order:
We will refund the money for the returned product within 14 days from the moment you receive a notification that the order has been accepted for return (provided that the returned product corresponds to its original appearance). The payment will be returned to the bank account from which payment for the purchase was received.
Refund if payment is made in parcel:
We will refund the money for the returned product within 21 days from the moment you receive a notification that the order has been accepted for return (provided that the returned product corresponds to its original appearance). The payment will be returned to the bank account number you provide on the return form.
